Step 2 — Open zk_bridge.py in Notepad and set your ZKTeco device IP on line 15.
Step 3 — Double-click START_BRIDGE.bat — it installs everything and starts the bridge.
Step 4 — Keep that window open, go to Live Sync tab, enter localhost and click Sync.

⚠ Python must be installed on the PC. Download from python.org — tick "Add Python to PATH" during install. The bridge uses only built-in Python + Flask (no pyzk needed).
